Tools adapted to rail survey to perform geo-referenced asset inventories and produce exhaustive, structured, quantified and qualified GIS data layers of Rail Infrastructures.

2 Infrastructures Assessment and Studies

Study and Analyze the railway condition

  • Assess the network and choose appropriate maintenance criteria;
  • Visual control of rail, lineside, sleepers, attachment bolts, railway points;
  • Map defaults, missing signs, abnormalities;
  • Evaluate fixing costs;
  • Study and establish an order of priority for repairs.


Work either in Geographical Coordinates or Linear Coordinates (LRS) – Node number + km/miles

  • Mileposts geo-referencing;
  • Features assigned to LRS coordinates.

3 Work control and monitoring
